I'm now a good couple of years into perimenopause and whilst I'm doing better at managing my symptoms, I'll still happily consider anything which will help me to feel more like 'me'. (Before those pesky hormones began to wreck some havoc.)
So when the team at Neuaura got in touch to ask if I'd like to give their product a whirl, naturally I said 'yes please!' I received their product a few months ago but have hung off on writing this review until I'd completeley finished taking the month's supply - 60 capsules, of which you take two per day. Now the jar is empty, here are my honest thoughts.

Neuaura's Daily Menopause Supplement features a 12-ingredient formula that includes essential vitamins, adaptogens and plant extracts. They say that the adaptogens "precisely address hormonal balances, swiftly restoring oestrogen and progestone levels to alleviate the most prevalent menopausal symptoms." So did they work?!
Well, for me, they certainly helped.
I didn't notice anything for 3-4 days but on day five, I did begin to feel 'different' or 'better'. I had more energy, my brain fog had pretty much disappeared and I generally felt happier. This also continued to be the case, for the rest of the month whilst I was taking them. Sadly they didn't eliminate my perimenopausal anxiety like I'd hoped, but I certainly had more good days than bad so that's something and interestingly, I suffered no night sweats whilst taking them too. Result! The supplement didn't help me with my dreadful perimenopausal bloating nor did it give me better sleep, but hey you can't ask for everything right?! Just having more energy and no brain fog were two massive benefits that really helped and if that's all that this supplement can ever offer me, I'll still happily take that!
Was Neuaura's Daily Menopause Supplement a miracle perimenopause cure for me? Sadly no but that's OK because I'm not sure one even exists?! Hormones are complicated things after all.
Instead, I'd call this supplement a very good helper. It made me feel calmer, more energised, more like my old self and better able to concentrate. It also appeared to help with my occasional night sweats and seemingly did help to ease my anxiety a little too, albeit I still had a couple bad days. So the big question, would I take it again? Yes, absolutely!
Whilst it's not the cheapest perimenopause / menopause supplement on the market (a month's supply will cost you £49 for a one off purchase or £39.20 if you subscribe) it definitely brought me some relief from the numerous perimenopause symptoms I experience on a daily basis. It made my symptoms feel easier to manage and as a result, my life, felt a little sweeter too. Will it work for you? Honestly, who knows?! Sadly as with anything of this nature, personal accounts can and will vary.
But this is a product which has received many, many 5 star reviews and one that has definitely benefited me, so I would say if you're struggling and can afford it, it's well worth giving Neuaura a try. Fingers crossed, you'll get some relief from taking the **supplement, like me.

Great blog! The brain fog and energy is certainly something I’m noticing the most and it’s working to supplement anxiety! Crazy stuff!
